In order to support the Plant Management at our plant in Kumanovo, we are looking for Assistant - Plant Management, who can meet the challenges of the international markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.


Tasks:

• Participate in projects and participate in the budget preparation by preparing all relevant documents
• Manage small projects within the business department
• Communicate with internal and external areas as part of the tasks and take care of internal and external customers and visitors
• Order basic supplies according to company guidelines
• Prepare and maintain simple documents according to guidelines, in a common foreign language as requested
• Plan, arrange, prepare, track and follow up on appointments and participate in agreement meetings in the specialist field

Profile:

• University degree - Mechanical Engineering
• Fluency in English language as well as knowledge of German language
• Excellent command in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of archiving Law
• Flexibility and good communication skills
• Willingness to learn
