We are assisting one of our clients (Food Industry) in their search for a Sales Manager with the following details:
Job Description:

• Responsible for achieving sales in the branch under his responsibility.
• Planning strategic steps for the branch, arrange visit scheduling and sales targets to achieve maximum sales targets.
• Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the achievement of sales targets on sustainable basis.
• Tasked with monitoring and evaluating markets and competitors to see the position of branches with similar markets in the same area, can analyze market needs to develop and propose sales strategies.
• Responsible for managing the activity budget in the area.
• Responsible for monitoring and reviewing sales achievements and budget usage.
• Can manage establish good relationships with internal and external parties.

Qualifications:

• Experienced as a Sales Manager in the Industry & Horeca channel for at least 10 years.
• Experienced in managing activities in Industry & Horeca.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Already accustomed to being oriented towards targets and achievements.
• Has experience in sales, especially in Channel Industry & Horeca.
• Able to operate MS Office.
• Required to have regular report. Daily and Monthly sales report.
