We are supporting our client in their search for a Team Leader (Content Moderator) based in Surakarta/Solo with the following details:
Responsibilities:

• Regularly coach team members to achieve performance targets (weekly at minimum).
• Address performance issues with action plans and corrective measures.
• Ensure customer service meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations.
• Manage key metrics such as SLAs, CSAT, and handle escalations effectively.
• Analyze SLA misses and prepare reports.
• Communicate expectations and provide timely updates to the team.
• Handle escalated customer calls when necessary.
• Organize team meetings and activities to share updates and gather feedback.
• Stay updated on processes, policies, and procedures, attending required training.
• Foster a positive and supportive team environment aligned with company values.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing a content moderation team.
• Willingness to work shifts according to customer business needs.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Leadership skills in multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting; knowledge of metrics and continuous improvement practices.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Willing to be based in Solo.
