- Prepared and created method of controlling project
- Monitor contractor’s performance on the construction of the plant’s civil works to ensure that construction is done as according to design
- Identity civil design issues during the construction of the plant’s civil works and to recommend and coordinate action plans to ensure corrective action is taken.
- Monitor and report contractor’s construction progress for the plant’s civil works to ensure construction is done on schedule and to recommend corrective actions for any civil engineering issues.
- Make report of manpower & equipment utilization refer to productivity standard.
- Identify potential cost-effective equipment modification that has the potential to improve performance, reliability, and safety.
- Involved in the technical specification during the procurement process.
- Control and monitor the implementation of instructions and procedures regarding the construction of the civil works to ensure construction is done according to the agreed design, quality, and safety
- Monitor and control contractor activities regarding the construction of civil works for the power plant and to monitor the progress and performance of the contractor to ensure that the power plant’s civil works is constructed on schedule and on spec.
- Control HSE performance of contractor to ensure the power plant’s civil constructed in safely manners.
- Follow up and create a change management system.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Civil Engineering
- Have minimum 5 years experience in civil construction EPC Project, preferably in industrial/ smelter/ power plant construction projects.
- Have good competencies on construction methods and system analysis.
- Knowing about processes: Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
- Have good knowledge in productivity with manpower & equipment planning.
- Have strong leadership and bring Quality & Safety in the first priority
- Willing to be hired on contractual basis during the project
- Willing to be located in Bulungan, North Kalimantan
