- Implementing work programs in order to support the achievement of the 5Y + 1Y Government & External Relations plan and the smooth operation of the company's business related to external parties.
- Maintaining good relations and make coordination with stakeholders in accordance with applicable procedures, and handling input and complaints from stakeholders, including local governments, government and non-government agencies, PLN, and internal parties of the Adaro Group to support efforts to develop a positive image of the company and the company's operational activities.
- Identifying potential social risks related to the company and reporting all technical/social obstacles related to land acquisition issues, land compensation or other community issues.
- Coordinating with the company's internal regarding government apparatus inspections to the company in order to create a comfortable and attractive atmosphere for guests visiting the company.
- Documenting Government & External Relations activities that have been held and preparing data needed for company development projects.
- Collecting information related to changes in government regulations and policies that have an impact on Government & External Relations activities.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Law/Management/Communication
- Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in Public Relation Officer/ Government & External Relation Officer
- Preferably having exposure in energy industry
- Good communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
- Good command in English both verbal and written
