- Review and draft various commercial contracts to ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory and internal polices, also ensure that Company’s group interests are protected.
- Provide commercial support and advices to all department and management.
- Review and advice management on implications of any contracts entered by Company's group
- Maintain registration of contracts and maintain the validity of contracts/agreements
- Prepare and maintain regisration of corporate approvals
- Liaise with Group's legal team for procurement contract finalization
- Maintain procurement compliance to regulations and internal policies
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law or other major with related experience, preferably from reputable university
- Have minimum 5 years in Corporate Legal, Commercial and/or Contracts Management
- Preferably have exposure in Contract Management and Tender Management
- Good interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and communication skill
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving
- Preferably good command in English both verbal and written
