Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain amicable cooperative relationships with government departments and other relevant stakeholders to foster a conducive environment for company projects.
2. Lead the full lifecycle development of large-scale projects, including but not limited to energy and infrastructure, encompassing project initiation, planning, design, bidding, contract negotiation, and implementation.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth progress through all stages of project development, including financing, resource allocation, technology, and construction.
4. Monitor and analyze local policy changes, provide policy advice and recommendations, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with English as a working language.
2. A minimum of 8 years of project development experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with at least 2 years in roles involving government relations.
3. Familiarity with local government policies and regulations, with experience in collaborating with government departments, public institutions, and related industry bodies.
4. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in large Independent Power Producers (IPPs) or similar companies.
