We are supporting our client in the e-commerce sector in their search for a Content Moderator based in Surakarta/Solo. The role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Proficiency in English is essential
• Previous experience as a content moderator/customer service is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Review website content including text and images to ensure it follows company guidelines
• Identify and escalate content that violates guidelines or poses a risk to platform integrity
• Review content to determine if it violates any laws or regulations, such as those pertaining to hate speech, bullying, or harassment
• Document and report trends, incidents, and any content patterns that may need attention
• Work closely with other moderators and report to team leads or supervisors
• Ensure all content handling is confidential and complies with data privacy regulations
