Job Desc

• Lead and manage the finance operations team, ensuring effective and efficient execution of key financial processes, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and financial reporting.
• Ensure financial operations comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies and best practices.
• Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
• Train, develop and mentor team members to build their skills and ensure their professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial process, system and tools (ERP system).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership team members and external partners.
• Placement will be at Sidoarjo Office.
• Having experience handling holding company
