Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W)Job Descriptions: * Implement ORM framework, policies, standards and ensure control and compliance through the achievement of unit’s KPIs for audit, errors, past dues, “health checks”r; and implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) policy and standards.* Assess operational risks and/or conduct vendor assessment* Deliver operational risk management initiatives/solutions to ensure ORM (Operational Risk Management) standards in T&O and/or Outsourced Service Providers are on par with industry practices* Conduct on-site audit of unit and/or vendor’s location include timely submission of reports* Implement ORM programs, conduct ORM training and promote risk & control awareness* Other operational risk related Requirements: * Bachelor Degree from reputable university (can be from any major)* Good communication and interpersonal skills* Good presentation skills* Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude* Minimum 5 years related experience in banking-en
