Job Description
Team and Role Introduction:
Responsibilities :
1. Develop & execute strategic plan focusing on partnering with bank partner to implement usage growth on bank product penetration
2. Do commercial negotiation & manage its performance & business quality by conducting analysis, do regular performance review with partners and maintain daily operations effectiveness
3. Identify & assess market trends, competitors, and potential partnership opportunity to optimize bank partner support & program utilization
4. Collaborate with cross functional team, including product, marketing, operation, legal & finance to improve customer acceptance and transaction success rates in banking products.
5. Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate the performance, proposing and implementing improvements as needed

Job Requirements
Requirement :
1. Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum of 3 years experience in payment business development, growth & partnership , or similar role
2. Proven track record in establishing partnership & driving growth for bank cards & payments products, preferably in ecommerce / retail industry
3. Excellent in analyzing business opportunity to optimize business collaboration & conducting growth strategy
4. Experience in campaign execution & campaign evaluation to optimize the quality of growth in bank partnership program
5. Have a good interpersonal & negotiation skill
6. Have data analytic skill and SQL capability
