Job description:

• Gather requirements from relevant departments.
• Identify the use case, stakeholder, and business flow from the requirement.
• Devise solutions by designing UX / UI components, preparing necessary diagrams (eg: ERD, DFD, Flowchart), and scenarios to be tested.
• Work together with UI / UX specialist team to ensure a greater user experience in the design.
• Prepare specification documents to be understood and implemented by the software development team.
• Work with the software development team to review the specification timeline and deadline.
• Be accountable for the project timeline and deadlines.
• Ensure the new feature is well-documented and tested.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Computerized Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of accounting is a plus.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong people and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and logical approach.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn, hardworking, and responsible.
