Job Descriptions :
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Software Engineers to understand project requirements.
- Assist with user research and analyze market trends to inform better design decisions.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices.
- Learn to create clear and user-friendly designs.
- Develop simple design elements such as wireframes and prototypes.
- Design with the user in mind, under the guidance of senior designers.
- Maintain consistency in design styles, including fonts, colors, and other visual elements, across all projects.
- Address UX issues, focusing on responsiveness and ease of use.
- Create original graphics and explore digital design principles.
- Write clear and concise copy for applications, with support from senior team members.
- Continuously improve your understanding of design principles and UX best practices.
- Participate in all phases of the design process, from conceptualization to implementation.
- Learn to plan projects effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Engage in design discussions and incorporate feedback to enhance your work.
- Receive mentorship and training from experienced designers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, Visual Design, Interior Design, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Min. 0 - less than 1 year of experience (For Fresh Graduates)
- Basic understanding of front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, Java Script.
- Comfortable with design tools such as Adobe XD/Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and wireframe tools (e.g., In Vision).
- Knowledge of typography, color, and layout principles.
- Willing to learn, hardworking, and responsible.
- Portfolio showcasing class projects, personal projects, or internships relevant to UI/UX.
- Proficient in communication, teamwork, time management, and adaptability.
- Experience in participating in projects to demonstrate hands-on skills.
- Open to constructive criticism and able to incorporate it into design improvements.
