Job Summary:
The Barista at Labyrinth Collective is responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. You will contribute to the overall experience of guests by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining cleanliness, and engaging with customers to enhance their visit.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coffee & Beverage Preparation:
• Prepare espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffee, cold brews, teas, and other beverages according to Labyrinth’s quality standards.
• Stay knowledgeable about coffee beans, brewing techniques, and drink options to recommend to customers.
• Create signature drinks that reflect the creative culture of Labyrinth Collective.
• Customer Service:
• Provide friendly, engaging, and professional service to guests, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Engage with customers to promote the unique identity and offerings of Labyrinth Collective.
• Maintaining Café Standards:
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked during each shift.
• Monitor the cleanliness of the café, seating area, and equipment.
• Follow proper health and safety protocols, including food handling and hygiene standards.
• Inventory Management:
• Assist in tracking and managing stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other café supplies.
• Collaborate with the Café Manager on ordering supplies and managing inventory.
• Creative Collaboration:
• Work closely with other staff members to design and refine the café menu, incorporating seasonal and innovative options.
• Contribute to special events, promotions, and collaborative projects within the Labyrinth Collective environment.
• Cash Handling & POS:
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling and reconciling transactions at the end of each shift.

Experience:

• Barista: 1 year (Preferred)
