To oversee all the administrative functions in the Service Operation. The business service admin is to report both disciplinary and functionally to Division Manager Service
Responsibilities
The position is responsible for overseeing the capturing of the sales forecast, service orders, orders on hands, work in progress, sales closing, generating of service contracts, reporting related to staff productivity hours, control of the Division’s assets, etc. as directed by superior
The major role is also to ensure control of all expenses according to budget including overseeing the timely billing for contract sales and service orders. To keep the accounting records of the Service operation clean.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in administration or related degree with minimum 5 years experiences. He should be familiar with MS Office and SAP operation
