General requirement:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a support role, preferably in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, within the furniture, manufacturing, or retail industry.
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic supply chain and logistics processes, including shipment tracking and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Basic knowledge of sourcing, procurement, and international trade is an advantage.

Job Description
Sales & Business Development Support
· Assist the Business Development Manager in identifying potential clients and markets.
· Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and product catalogs for client meetings and presentations.
· Support the team in managing client inquiries regarding product availability, lead times, and sourcing options.
· Maintain organized and updated records of client communications, orders, and feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
· Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders on order status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues.
· Track and report on sales opportunities and business development progress.
· Help track competitors’ sourcing strategies and offer recommendations for improving the agency’s own sourcing efforts.
· Help prepare and update internal documentation, including price lists, catalogs, and product samples for client presentations.
Order Processing & Tracking
· Assist with order management, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently from initial request to final delivery.
· Track and monitor the status of orders, shipments, and product deliveries to ensure they meet client requirements and deadlines.
· Update the sourcing team on any delays or issues related to orders and collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to resolve problems quickly.
Reporting & Performance Metrics
· Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of sourcing activities, including supplier performance, cost analysis, and delivery time-lines.
· Ensure all relevant documentation is filed and up-to-date in the company’s CRM or project management software.
