General requirement:
· Minimum of a Diploma degree, preferably in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in production planning or inventory control roles.
· Familiarity with furniture and homeware processes, production planning, and inventory management systems.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in using planning and inventory software (e.g., ERP systems).
· Fluent in verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Description
· Master Production Scheduling: Generating Master Production Schedules and Manufacturing Orders to ensure alignment with inventory forecasts, production timelines, and delivery expected/commitments.
· Analyze Capacity and Resource Requirements: Analyze production capacity and resource needs. Coordinate necessary adjustments to align with production goals and address any shortfalls or excesses in capacity or resources.
· Manage Scheduling and Planning: Oversee scheduling and planning to ensure customer expectations are met.
· Monitor Production and Delivery: Monitor and optimizing track the receipt of goods from the PO, monitor production at the supplier, and ensure items are ready for shipment.
· Solve Production Issues: Actively resolve issues related to the production process and communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and other departments.
· Routine Reporting: Generate prepare and submit routine reports based on production and provide accurate progress goods data to the top management as well as operation manager
· Client Communication: Responsible for communicating with clients regarding order progress updates.
· Supplier Communication: Responsible for communicating with suppliers regarding relevant matters.
