Business Development Executive

- Collect, consolidate, and maintain accurate data and reports related to business development activities.
- Regularly update and share insights from reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between team members to ensure timely updates and follow-ups on lead progress.
- Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration across teams.
- Oversee chat operations on Mekari Qontak to ensure proper documentation and backup of communications.
- Assist with vendor onboarding processes on our marketplace platform.
- Ensure vendors have the necessary tools, information, and guidance for smooth integration.
- Provide general support to the business development team to enhance overall efficiency.
- Minimum Qualifications: Working Experience : Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, coordination, or a related role.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Mekari Qontak is a plus
- Special Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports..
