- Skilled in building client relationships, negotiating, and delivering engaging sales presentations on coffee beans and pastries.
- Able to multitask effectively, managing clients, partnerships, and projects simultaneously.
- Strong interest in café culture, eco-friendly initiatives, and local products that align with Gigi Susu's values.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships in the coffee, pastry, and lifestyle sectors such as corporate clients, event organizers, and local businesses.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales plans, including presenting coffee beans and pastries in an engaging manner to drive client interest and sales.
- Negotiation & Partnership Building: Negotiate contracts, terms, and partnerships to create win-win solutions while meeting business objectives.
- Project & Account Management: Handle multiple clients, partnerships, and projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-ups.
- Promotion of Values: Advocate for Gigi Susu's brand by aligning with its emphasis on café culture, eco-friendly initiatives, and support for local products.
