- Holds a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Accounting.
- Has 2-3 years of relevant work experience, specifically in F&B or hospitality.
- Proficient in using accounting software ( Accurite, Jurnal, etc.).
- Well-versed in taxation and preparing financial reports (monthly and annual), such as Daily Sales, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow.
- Able to calculate daily sales, including cash and bank transactions.
- Strong time management skills and ensures compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
- Financial Reporting & Taxation: Prepare monthly and annual financial reports (Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) and handle taxation matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Daily Sales Management: Record, reconcile, and monitor daily sales transactions (cash and bank) to maintain accurate financial tracking.
- Accounting Software Utilization: Manage bookkeeping and reporting using accounting software like Accurite or Jurnal for efficient financial operations.
- Budgeting & Analysis: Assist in creating budgets, monitoring expenses, and providing financial insights to support business decisions in the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure timely completion of tasks, maintain organized financial records, and identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes.
