Maxy Academy, a leading edu-tech company, is looking for a passionate and dynamic Community Development to foster and grow our thriving community of learners, mentors, and partners. If you're a skilled communicator, have a knack for building relationships, and are excited about shaping the future of education, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow our online and offline communities.
  • Actively engage with students, mentors, and partners across multiple channels (social media, forums, webinars, events).
  • Manage and moderate community platforms, ensuring positive and meaningful interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement community programs, including events, workshops, and discussions.
  • Gather community feedback to improve Maxy Academy's offerings and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and influencers.
  • Analyze community trends and provide reports on engagement, growth, and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role (2+ years preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience managing online communities and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with educational technology or online learning is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
