Role Overview:
As our Community and Content Engagement Specialist, you’ll be responsible for nurturing our online community through social media, email newsletters, and direct engagement. You’ll create captivating and visually appealing content, engage with our followers, and build meaningful connections that enhance our brand. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and strategic, with experience in Canva design and social media content creation.
Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to connect with our audience.
• Community Engagement: Foster a sense of sisterhood in our online communities, organizing challenges, responding to comments, and encouraging conversation.
• Email Campaigns: Develop bi-monthly newsletters, announcements, and special offers that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
• Content Creation: Write captivating copy for blog posts, social media, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with our brand voice.
• Visual Design: Use Canva to design visually appealing graphics, including social media posts, email assets, and promotional visuals.
• Audience Insights: Monitor engagement metrics, report on performance, and adjust content strategy to continuously improve engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging, on-brand copy.
• Basic design skills with Canva or similar tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Passion for wellness, travel, and women’s empowerment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
