Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with internal departments to meet client’s deliverables
• Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels whilst maximizing productivity in the team
• Manage Client´s escalations process
• Prepare Complaint handling materials which will be included in the weekly & monthly report

Job Qualification :

• At least 3 years of working experience as Telecollection/Telesales/Telemarketing Supervisor (preferably from outsourcing / contact center industry)
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team (SPV & TL).
• Intermediate or higher skill of Ms.Excel / Google Spreadsheet is a must.
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi

Working Arrangement : Work From Office (WFO)
Pay: Rp9.500.000,00 - Rp10.500.000,00 per month
