Ticketing Officer (Project Base)

- Manage employee travel ticket bookings : Booking airplane, train, and other transportation tickets for employees' business or travel needs.
- Coordination with HR team and employees : Communicate with HR to ensure travel schedules are in accordance with official needs, as well as confirm to employees regarding ticket bookings.
- Manage ticket changes and cancellations : Handle requests for schedule changes, cancellations, and ticket refunds according to company policy.
- Compile travel expense reports : Prepare periodic reports on ticket bookings, travel costs, and transportation-related expenses.
- Ensure travel cost efficiency : Conduct research to find the best ticket options within the available budget and ensure the efficiency of company travel costs.
- Minimum S1, preferably from tourism, management, or business administration major.
- At least 1 year of experience in ticketing or travel administration. (Preferably from Tour & Travel Industry)
- Proficient in GDS (Global Distribution System) system and ticket reservation software.
- Good communication skills , able to cooperate with various departments and have negotiation skills with travel service providers.
- Detail-oriented and time management skills : Thorough in managing employee travel data and able to work under tight deadlines.
