Ticketing Staff (Contract Based)

Responsibilities:
- Compute ticket costs and issue or reissue tickets.
- Ensure daily targets are met, with accuracy and customer satisfaction as priorities.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information.
- Minimum holding a Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Preferably with work experience in Airlines or Travel industries, particularly as ticketing staff.
- Ideally, at least 1 year of GDS experience (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
- Must have excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Highly appreciated and rewarded for flexible availabilities, including the ability to work shifts that cover days, nights, and public holidays.
- Willingness to work at both Central Jakarta and BSD City.
- Willingness to engage in contract-based employment.
