Responsibilities

• Ensure content completeness and freshness in every product in our website.
• Do daily scrapping (assisted by scrapper or manual) of products/services offered from partner websites.
• Update any new information or changes to our content management system and partnership team.
• Monitor social media from partners to ensure we are updated about any ongoing promo or changes.
• Explore options to get information more efficient and accurate.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or similar roles managing content management.
• Experience in banking or financial services/industry is a big plus.
• Experience with data entry, content management systems (CMS), Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• Basic understanding of web scraping tools or techniques will be a huge plus.
• Having personal experience to ever applying savings account, deposits, credit cards, loans, and/or other financial products is a plus.
• Have a track record of being detail-oriented, as accuracy is crucial for maintaining website content and product offers.
