- Assist in developing and managing the content calendar.
- Create monthly editorial plans that align with overall marketing strategies.
- Plan and schedule social media posts across different platforms.
- Write, edit, and proofread engaging and relevant social media content.
- Conduct audience research to inform content planning and strategy.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust content plans accordingly.
- Analyze performance data and generate reports to refine content strategies.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and voice.
- Coordinate with, brand strategist, art and marketing teams to produce and optimize content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Courses or certifications in social media marketing or content strategy are a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media content planning or digital marketing.
- Experience in managing content calendars and social media accounts is preferred.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, etc.)
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Brand24, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) are advantageous.
- Understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate and implement ideas.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and improve content strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
