Cost Analyst and Account Payable Supervisor

Job Description:
- Expense Management: Oversee and manage all company expenses. Ensure all expenses are accurately recorded and categorized
- Accounts Payable Management: Supervise the accounts payable process, including invoice verification, approval, and payment processing. Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers. Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledgers and records.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor the expense and accounts payable team to ensure efficient workflow and performance. Collaborate with the GL & Reporting Supervisor to align on financial reporting and compliance. Provide training and support to team members on best practices and procedures.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports related to expenses and accounts payable. Assist in the preparation of financial statements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data for reporting purposes.
- Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of The accounts payable function. Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline workflows and reporting.
- Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively regarding expense and accounts payable matters to manager. Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to expenses and accounts payable. Develop and implement solutions to improve overall financial processes
- Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Fluent to communicate both vertically and horizontally with english
- Fluent in Mandarin will be a plus point
- Experience as an Assistant manager or SPV Auditor in a Public Accounting Firm or assistant manager or manager in FAT
- Able to lead a large team
- Proficient in Ms. Office and company accounting applications
- Thorough understanding of bookkeeping principles, Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), and related tax and other regulations
- Meticulous, honest, neat, diligent, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
- Able to work well independently or in a team
- Able to work under pressure
