Job Description:
- Monitoring regular updates of project financial status, coordinate, and control a projects financial with Project PIC from start to finish.
- Make and prepare projects financial budgeting, limitation, and scheduling cash flow and financial statement
- Monitoring contract compliance and communicating with vendors regarding changes that need to be made to comply with contractual obligations
- Coordinate with Finance& accounting, and other departments to ensure that all project issues can be fixed smoothly
- Coordinate with Finance and tax team
- Other appointments assigned by manager
- Bachelor Degree from Accounting/Finance/Economics or related majors.
- Min 3-5 years transportation industy project finance controll experience or relevant work experience
- Good understanding of Chinese and oral Mandarin
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Able to work under pressure and deadline oriented
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (expert in Microsoft Excel)
- Fast learning, adaptable and able working individual and teamwork
