Job Description:
- Lead process maintenance and configuration, including addition, adjustment, invalidation, process data export, etc
- Assist business departments in process streamlining.
- Create, modify, and delete various systems, user accounts, and manage user permissions.
- Ensure the security of user accounts and permissions to prevent unauthorized access.
- Handle IT Service requests and fault reports, record and track ticket status.
- Develop a detailed testing plan, including testing scope, testing methods, testing tools, etc.
- Write test cases based on product requirements and functional specifications.
- Execute test cases, record test results, analyze problems, and submit defect reports.
- Discover and identify problems and defects in the product.
- Bachelor's degree or above (Computer-related majors are preferred)
- Open for fresh graduates
- Fluent in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 above)
