A Bali based furniture and home furnishings manufacturing company, specialising in the production and sale of high-quality bedding products, is looking for a Country Manager to lead their Bali and Jakarta team immediately.
The ideal candidate should be a dynamic and results-oriented leader with extensive experience in overseeing operations, business development, and market growth at a national level. They possess a deep understanding of local market trends, regulations, and competitive landscapes, enabling them to drive strategic initiatives while ensuring operational compliance and efficiency. With a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, the candidate excels in motivating staff, building strong stakeholder relationships, and aligning local strategies with global objectives. They are financially astute, capable of managing budgets, optimising resources, and delivering sustained profitability. Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee all business operations in Indonesia, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Manage and support sales, marketing, and administrative teams, providing direction and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Define and implement business strategies while taking responsibility for the P&L, ensuring profitability and preparing regular management reports.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store in Canggu, including stock management, purchasing, logistics, finance, and administration to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead the development of both digital and traditional marketing strategies, managing social media, online sales, pop-up stores, and PR activities to boost brand visibility and drive sales.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including interior designers, architects, contractors, hotels, and villa complexes, expanding market presence.
• Oversee the Jakarta partnership and identify growth opportunities to drive business expansion across the region.
• Drive business growth across Indonesia by identifying and capitalising on opportunities through both online and offline channels.
