Your Role
- Manage and grow a sales team in Indonesia
- Develop selling opportunities and penetrate new divisions and organizations within partner accounts
- Schedule and attend sales call appointments with prospects
- Utilize a consultative approach to discuss business issues and develop formal sales proposals
- Respond to RFPs and follow up with prospects
- Build and strengthen business relationships with current accounts and new prospects
- Recommend marketing strategies
- Provide status information and forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product Development
What You Will Bring
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in sales and business development
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with channel partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of technology products and solutions
- Experience in solution selling and consultative sales techniques
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as SFDC
