Manager, Performance Management and Improvement-Logistics Strategy

Job Description
1. Responsible for developing and implementing performance management strategies to support business growth.
2. Design and optimize the performance management process to ensure fair and transparent standards, fostering company growth and development.
3. Analyzing performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Preparing and presenting reports to management on performance outcomes.
4. Collaborate with various departments to analyze business data, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose and execute improvement initiatives.
5. Leading or supporting change initiatives aimed at enhancing performance and adapting to new challenges or strategic directions.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, mathematics, computer science or related field
2. More than 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience in logistics, e-commerce or fast-paced industries.
3. Familiarity with performance management theories and practices, with strong analytical skills to derive insights from data.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
5. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities to drive change in a complex environment.
6. Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa and English with Chinese being a plus point
