Responsibilities

• Support the team in enhancing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and a productive organization.
• Assist in collecting employee feedback to support the evolution of company culture.
• Help execute and monitor employee engagement surveys and contribute to action plan development.
• Participate in planning and implementing employee engagement events, communication activities, and campaigns.
• Assist in creating internal communications content, including newsletters, employee messaging, and updates.
• Support the maintenance and optimization of internal communication systems.

Requirements

• Have exposure in human resources mindset and flow process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa or English)
• Strong project management skills
• Strong organizational skills Have exposure in creative assets and stuff
• Able to data-driven, and tech-savvy
• Able to work independently as well as team player

• Have knowledge in Employer Branding activity
• Have exposure as an event organizer would be an advantage.
• Has experience in employee engagement, culture engagement, corporate communications, or related field will be a plus
