Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Retail Channeling and Online to Offline Lending product, ensuring its growth and profitability.
• Lead and design efficient process flows for online transaction financing until the flow of funds, goods and services.
• Understand and integrate the business processes of partner ecosystems into the product structure.
• Create and implement risk and fraud mitigation strategies, in line with best practices.
• Ensure product compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, operations, risk, compliance) and external partners to enhance the customer experience and improve loan performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to ensure competitiveness.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail lending, preferably in an embedded finance or partner ecosystem setting.
• Proven track record in managing lending products, with a focus on online-to-offline transitions.
• Strong understanding of risk management, fraud mitigation, and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead complex projects from start to finish.
