How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank) in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku.

Job Description
- Responsible for increasing the number of new loan customers
- Responsible for achievement of targets set by Management
- mplementing work plans and marketing strategies for loan products that are effective and in accordance with market segmentation (SME & Commercial)
- Prepare, process, and analyze loan application proposals
- Responsible to make Credit Proposal (New and Renew)
- Examine possible credit structure which it suits the best for the Customer and the Bank Determine creditworthiness
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Head of Area or related is a must
- Experience in SME & Commercial products for at least 10 years
- Having an SME & Commercial customer database
- Bachelor Degree in any fields
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
