Type: Full-Time
No Risk Designs is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. As an Intake Specialist, you’ll handle incoming calls, assess client needs, and ensure a seamless experience from the very first interaction. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and a passion for helping people, we’d love to have you on our team. This fully remote role operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST) to serve our clients’ needs.
Responsibilities:

Answer and manage inbound calls from potential clients, providing a warm and professional first impression
Gather essential information from clients, assessing their needs and determining eligibility for our services
Accurately enter and update client information in our system, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the team to ensure follow-up
Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our services in a friendly, helpful manner
Escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate department when needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, intake, or a similar role
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional phone demeanor
Strong listening skills and empathy to connect with clients and address their concerns effectively
High level of organization and attention to detail, with experience using CRM or client management software a plus
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
