Are you an experienced customer service professional with a knack for connecting with people and turning conversations into sales? No Risk Designs, a USA-based company, is looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This fully remote role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has impeccable English skills, and excels in building rapport with clients. You’ll be working on Eastern Standard Time (EST) to align with our customer needs.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and drive sales
Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to answer questions and make recommendations confidently
Maintain clear and professional communication to foster lasting relationships with customers
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and challenges with empathy and efficiency

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, connect, and influence customers
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
