Multi Bintang Indonesia is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to help with tracking order and improve customer satisfaction. You'll work with supply Planning, sales area, warehouse, and transport officer to ensure fulfillment of order. Responsibilities:

Create and record sales orders from enquiries on SAP and Glass RUN (Order Management System), ensuring the order process is fulfilled and recorded accurately.
Identify and process customer claims related to Customer Service & Distribution activities, ensuring compliance and completely settled.
Consolidate Breakages and CFR Deployment Report.
Maintain Power BI report dashboard, Green Distribution, and Logistic Accural.
Deliver a positive customer experience by responding quickly and providing early and clear information.
Initiate improvement inputs to deliver best service to customers.
Collaborate with sales, supply planning, warehouse, and transport officer to address customer needs and improve products or services.

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing within the FMCG industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and agile with a fast demand.
Proficient in both oral and written English.
