Responsibilities :
- Monitor and analyze contact center (mainly desk collection service) performance metrics & client satisfaction.
- Identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for optimizing contact center (mainly desk collection service) operations.
- Develop reports and presentations to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with the operations team to implement strategies that improve service quality and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets through continuous monitoring.
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience as Telecollection Supervisor (preferably from outsourcing / contact center industry).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights..
- Proficiency skill of Ms.Excel / Google Spreadsheet is a must.
- Candidates within Bekasi domicile are preferable.
