Descriptions :

• Drive roadmap for the company’s products throughout various stages of the product life cycle (from conceptualisation to post-deployment)
• Supporting and assisting users in resolving issues regarding product implementation.
• Assisting and supporting internal team regarding product usage.
• Work closely with IT team for product enhancement & improvement.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Technology, or any related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experiences as a Product Specialist / LMS Product Manager / HRIS Specialist
• Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
