- Relevant job experience in oil and gas/offshore/construction/marine industry required.
- Freelance/Contract/full time position available.
- Manage project document flows between client and users in strict accordance with security requirements.
- Support system users to ensure understanding of system and process requirements.
- Maintain document archives – Both electronic & Hard Copy while ensuring all recordsmanagement activities adhere to good practices, policies and legal requirements.
- Control issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of document registers.
- Liaise with vendors for projects and distribute project related documents with the project team and relevant external parties.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to document control process and procedure.
- Ensure that documents are managed in strict confidentiality and conformity.
- Generate various document control reports as and when required.
- Provide technical and administrative support to the Team.
- Assist in general office administration.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned.

Minimum diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Document Controller.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Self-motivated team player who is result oriented and independent.
- Be well organized and systematic.
- Possess good communication and coordination skill.
