Job Description and Responsibility

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, additional education in office administration or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience handling document control and external audit for ISO 9001.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Vlookup, Outlook, Power Point).
• Strong understanding of compliance and certification processes.
• Proven experience in document management system and management representative.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external auditors.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willing to be place in Head Office Ranch Market Pesanggrahan. Kembangan Selatan. West Jakarta.
