Jobdesc :
  • Managing and executing the e-commerce order cycle and handling day to day operational tasks related order tracking, shipping status and delivery on the e-commerce platforms
  • Coordinating with KAM of Online Distributor
  • Coordinating and working closely with PPIC Staff
  • Coordinating and negotiating promotions on special events at their ecommerce platforms
  • Extracting and preparing reports as requested
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in any major
  • E-commerce operations background and FMCG Conmpany is more favourable
  • Very good English specially written
  • Very good Excel knowledge and Power Point
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Flexibility & ability to work in a team
