Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Event & Catering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled sales professional with a passion for the hospitality industry. This role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing the overall success of our catering operations.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase catering revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage and coordinate catering events from start to finish.
• Oversee the sales team, providing training, support, and guidance.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote catering services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in catering sales or a related field.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
