With ambitious plans for expansion into catering and product lines, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth.
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies to increase business across our restaurant brands. This will involve building strong relationships with key partners in the tourism and event industries, including tour group management agencies, event management companies, and wedding organizers. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales and a passion for the culinary world.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets across all restaurant brands.

Identify and acquire new clients: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with tour operators, event planners, wedding organizers, and other relevant organizations.

Manage existing client relationships: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and explore new avenues for collaboration.

Promote restaurant offerings: Effectively present and promote the unique dining experiences, menus, and services offered by NOAA Asian Bistro, Aunty Ji's, and Spice Mantraa.

Negotiate and close deals: Skilfully negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages to secure profitable business agreements.

Represent Eatopia at industry events: Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the restaurant group and generate leads.

Contribute to marketing initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales objectives.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts: Accurately track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide forecasts to management.

Support the launch of new ventures: Actively participate in the development and launch of Eatopia's catering company and retail product lines in 2025.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or event industries.

Strong network: Existing relationships with tour operators, event planners, and wedding organizers in Bali is highly advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport, effectively present proposals, and negotiate with clients.

Results-oriented and target-driven: A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

Passion for food and beverage: Genuine interest in the culinary world and a strong understanding of Asian and Indian cuisine.

Proficiency in English: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential.

Computer literacy: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
