- Maintained accurate and up-to-date financial records, projections, and suggestions, including transactions, invoices, receipts, and expenses systematically.
- Create and maintain student attendance data.
- Cross-reference the salary slip with the prescribed formats.
- Prepare financial budget forecasts.
- Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions.
- Develop and manage financial reports
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting, Economics, or equivalent by experience.
- Understanding and proficiency in operating applications/software/websites related to finance to enhance work effectiveness and efficiency.
- Excel certified, accounting competency test certified, brevet a & b (preferred).
- Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles, including financial statements and journal entries.
- Accurate, dynamic, and possess excellent organizational skills
