Location: Bali, Indonesia
Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all guests receive outstanding service from check-in to check-out, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
• Supervise and train front office staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
• Oversee front desk operations, including managing reservations, room assignments, and billing processes to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest requests are met and any issues are resolved quickly
• Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of the beach club
• Maintain accurate records of front office transactions and assist with reports for management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in front office operations or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in hotel management software (VHP, Opera, Micros) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
