Job Objective

General affairs specialist is responsible to support operations by coordinating maintenance, compliance, and administrative support, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace that supports organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in Human resources/Legal/related field/ high school with min. 5 years experiences
Have similar experience min. 1-2 years in GA is preferable
Self-motivated and pro active

Ability to be flexible, work under pressure and multi task
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good in analytical thinking with high attention to detail
Knowledge of Utilities Registration flow
Knowledge of Billboard registration and regulations
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
Ability to work well under pressure
Good in presentation, partnering and collaborations skills
A high energy, results-oriented individual who takes initiative and, accepts accountability
Ability to approach each scenario from all perspectives the needs of the business as a whole versus the needs of the individual and be able to empathies with both sides
