Job Objective
As Sustainability Lead, you are the thought partner of the Head of Strategy and Sustainability and contribute to identifying and capitalizing business opportunities that arise from strong ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices. You will shape and execute data-driven ESG strategy that minimizes negative environmental impact, promotes social responsibility, and strengthens corporate governance.
Job Responsibilities
Job Requirements
    Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any major.
    Excellent English language verbal and writing skills, native Indonesian language speaker.
    Over five years’ ESG experience in the private sector/ corporations with proven experience in tracking, measuring, and reporting ESG materialities using Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and/or Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and its external assurance (audit) process.
    Proven track record of quantifying the financial impact of sustainability initiatives and program’s scalability.
    Experienced in staying abreast of global and Indonesia ESG trends and regulations to inform strategic decision-making, distilling information into actionable insights.
    Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
    Experienced in managing and overseeing sustainability projects and initiatives, ensuring efficient execution and resource allocation.
